Cheryl & Ryan were referred to us by their friends and past clients of ours, Dan and Marielle. We are so flattered when that happens!
During our initial consultation they shared their love story about how they met through mutual friends and Ryan told me how he proposed at a park they always went to together. Cheryl and Ryan told me their vision for their dream day: DIY projects, signature cocktails and that they planned to use Cheryl’s Dad’s 1965 Impala. I was so excited for their wedding as I too grew up with classic cars and am a sucker for those personalized details!
The Wedding Day:
Cheryl & Ryan got ready with their bridal party at the Grand Villa hotel in Burnaby. Cheryl drove to the Church in that fabulous classic car to their beautiful Filipino-Catholic ceremony.
Following photos at Barnet Marine Park they headed up to the always-fabulous Westwood Plateau for their cocktail hour and reception. One of my favourite wedding day moments is a fun and energetic grand entrance! Cheryl & Ryan did not disappoint! These two danced their way in to Drakes One Dance and now every time I hear that song on the radio I think of them.
At their reception guests enjoyed an amazing buffet, listened to beautiful speeches, and best of all danced the night away. This is exactly what this bride and groom pictured for their special day.
Thank you Cheryl & Ryan for having me be a part of your wedding. I’m so happy for you both!
