Step 1: Sharing Your Love Story.

We’ll send you a quick questionnaire to get to the heart of your love story and review the elements that matter most to you in planning your special occasion.

Step 2: Coffee Date.

We’ll have a complimentary initial consultation over a cup of frothy goodness or tea (it’s on us!) to discuss your dream vision, get to know each other better, and decide if we’re a good match.

Step 3: Signed, Sealed, Delivered.

Once you’ve vowed we’re the event planner for you, we’ll get the 50% nonrefundable deposit and contract out of the way, so you can secure your spot in our calendar and we can get to the fun part…planning your big day!

Step 4: Let’s Get Planning!

During the planning phase, we’ll always be there for you with friendly guidance, supportive hand-holding and celebratory happy dancing. As a gift from us, you’ll also receive a bridal binder (which includes custom checklists, planning tools, and a spot to stowaway important receipts and contracts)—everything you need to keep on track and retain complete control over the planning process.

Step 5: The Big Moment.

We’ll blend right into the background and pull all the necessary strings from behind the scenes, so you can party it up with your loved ones and enjoy the moment you’ve been anticipating (and planning) for months when it’s finally here!
